Pretty Sweets Bake Shop

•   There’s nothing like “fresh out of the oven!” all our orders are made within 3 hours of shipping or delivery.

Deposit

In order to reserve your date, we require an initial non-refundable deposit of $100, which is applied toward the cost of your order. The final balance will be due in full 1 month before the day of the event, after which no further changes can be made to the order. Payments received after this time will incur a $40 late fee. If full payment is not received before the event date, your items cannot be prepared and delivered.

 

Fresh Flowers

We provide fresh flowers for your cake through our trusted local florists, for which we charge an estimated market price in the service contract. We can generally work within your desired color scheme, and with enough notice can secure specific flower types as well. Please let us know if you would like us to provide fresh flowers, and we can build an estimate from our florist into your contract.

All flowers must be applied in our studio before cake departure, so we do not allow for cake flowers to be provided at delivery time.

Gluten-Free Options

Our list of special dietary options can be ordered on our website. Due of the greater ingredient expenses and labor involved in gluten-free cakes, we charge an additional $1.50 per serving.

Cake Stands

During delivery, we can set up on cake stands or display items supplied by the client, provided they are sturdy enough to hold the heavy weight of tiered wedding cakes, completely level, the right width and height to accommodate the cake, and ready at the time of delivery. If the cake stand is not adequate or not ready at delivery time, we will not be able to set up on it. We can also provide a cake stand that is yours to keep, and those range from $25-$60 depending on the cake size.

ALL CUSTOM MADE CLOTHING, CUSTOMIZED, OR ALTERED ITEMS ARE DEEMED FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

If you have any questions about an item that you wish to order or are unclear about your measurements or how to measure yourself for your designs please contact us at b.mod.inc@gmail.com to ask any questions that you may have PRIOR to placing your order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at b.mod.inc@gmail.com and send your item to: 1919 Taylor St STE F #1167,Houston,TX 77019 United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 205 Roberts St,Houston,TX 77003, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
